THE WIZARD OF OZ
Featuring our Rising Star students to close out our 3rd season, join Dorothy and her loyal companion Toto as they “Follow the Yellow Brick Road” through the Land of Oz, determined to reach the Emerald City, where the great and powerful Wizard of Oz will help them get home. Of course, along the way, Dorothy encounters witches (both good and bad), Munchkins, talking trees and winged monkeys. But most importantly, she befriends three unique characters: a Scarecrow with no brain, a Tin Man with no heart, and a Lion with no “nerve.” Their journey to happiness – and self-awareness – is a glowing testament to friendship, understanding and hope in a world filled with both beauty and ugliness. - description provided by Concord Theatricals

Music and Theatre Academy
Ever had an interest in exploring your creative talents in music, theatre and dance? Then join our theatre academy program! We are a training intensive program that meets weekly to work towards a full-staged production both in the fall and the spring. We also offer workshops and classes in music, theatre, dance, writing for actors, and much more.

Garrett Torbert, formed the Golden Triangle Theatre company in June of 2021 out of a vision to create and cultivate a passion for Theatre and Performing Arts in Columbus, Ms. Inspired by his students, he decided to go bold and institute a unique program that inspires youth in the region of the Golden Triangle with the opportunity to explore their talents with other young individuals through arts education and performance.
